This 50 year old 3 level building in Frankston was originally built for the State Bank of Victoria. It was recently used for an educational college and, as they were vacating, the owners wanted to know what work would be involved in obtaining a 4 star NABERS rating to attract government tenants.
Why is there a blog?
This is a collection of blog posts which started as a way to chat to people about starting this business and is now more likely to be a collection of rants about stuff I’m working on or thinking about. I’m pretty busy these days, so I’m not updating this as often as I used to.
